Introduction of Functions and Tasks of the Vietnam Environment Administration Vietnam Environment Administration (VEA) was established according to the Decision No. 132/2008/QĐ-TTg by the Prime Minister. VEA is a subsidiary body under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) to advise and assist the Minister of MONRE in the field of environment management and to provide public services in compliance with the laws.
